Call for papers

 

4.1 Call for papers
Papers are invited for submission in any of the fields listed on Conference topics using email submission. Manuscripts will be reviewed and then selected by the Programme Committee. The official language of the conference will be English. All abstracts, papers and proposals must be submitted in publishable English and in MS-Word. All authors are required to submit the abstract and full paper separately before the deadlines. The detailed requirements are:

Abstract submissions should be 400 words or less in format listed below. Please email your abstract to ARFS committee (arfs2010@ caas.net.cn) by Jan. 10, 2010.

Format of Abstract (for the ARFS conference):
Title of paper (in Times New Roman, pt 12, BOLD)
Name of author, affiliation, and e-mail (if multiple authors, underscore the presenting author), in Times New Roman, pt 10, BOLD.
Abstract (single space, Times New Roman, pt 10)
Key words (Times New Roman, pt 10, BOLD)

Note: 1=I’d like to publish my paper in the formal conference proceeding.
          2= I do not want or can not publish my paper in the conference proceeding.

Full paper submissions. After the abstract has been submitted, the ARFS committee will notify authors whether their paper has been accepted and will send the ‘Acceptance Letter’ to the corresponding authors before Jan. 31, 2010. After receiving the ‘Acceptance Letter’, authors must prepare their papers under the guidelines of author and Word template, send the full manuscripts to ARFS committee (arfs2010@ caas.net.cn) by April 1, 2010.

4.2 Proceedings
Accepted papers after review will be included in the ARFS2010 Proceedings as an issue of electronic Journal to be published by Procedia of ELSEVIER (www.elsevier.com/locate/procedia). The electronic conference proceeding will be indexed by EI, published on ScienceDirect online and will be available to schloars all over the world.

Please note on your abstract and tell us if you do NOT want or can NOT publish your paper in the formal conference proceedings (check Elsevier website for copyright requirement).

4.3 Special Issue
The best papers will also be selected for publication in a special issue of the Journals (indexed by SCI).
