Dr. Qiao Zhang

Dr. Qiao Zhang currently is a professor and director of Agricultural Information Institute (AII) of Chinese Academy of Agricultural Science (CAAS), and he is also the Secretary-General of the Agricultural Sci-technology Information Society. He held the Ph.D from graduated school of CAAS in 1998 .Before joining CAAS, Dr Zhang has been worked as an official in Huozhou city of Shanxi province and as an associate professor in Shanxi University of Financial & Business. He has also visited and worked in University of Manitoba, ERS of USDA and Nottingham University as a senior visiting scholar between 2004 and 2008. His research fields focus on agricultural risk management , rural finance and marketing of agricultural commodity. He has completed or/and participated in 50 kinds of scientific research tasks, which consigned by Chinese government and international funds. He has published more than 80 papers in academic journal, 9 monographs and has gained 5 Scientific and Technologic Progress Rewards by Chinese government. In recent years, he have done international academic collaborative research with well-known universities and research institutes of Canada, the United States, Britain, Japan, South Korea et al, and have established a stable extensive cooperative network, and has done many innovative research with global perspective.

张峭，男，博士、研究员、博士生导师，现任中国农业科学院农业信息研究所信息分 析与评估研究室主任，兼任中国农学会科技情报分会秘书长。1998 年获得中国农业科学院 研究生院管理学博士学位。曾工作于山西霍县县委和山西财经大学， 2004－2008 年作为高 级访问学者先后赴加拿大马尼托巴大学、美国农业部经济研究局、英国诺丁汉大学等交流与 合作研究。主要从事农业风险管理、农村金融及农产品市场等方面研究，已主持和参加国家 自然科学基金、国家科技支撑计划、国家软科学以及有关部委专项等课题50 余项，其中获 国家省部级科技进步奖5 项，出版学术著作9 部，在《中国软科学》、《经济问题》、《农业技 术经济》和《中国农业经济评论》等国内外学刊发表论文80 余篇。多次主持起草国务院及 相关国家部委有关规划、计划和文件，主持和参加多项国际合作项目。近年来，加强了国际 学术交流，同加拿大、美国、英国、荷兰、日本、南韩等著名院校及研究机构建立了稳定广 泛的合作关系，在国际平台上以全球视角进行了创新性研究。
