Prof. Qiao Zhang was invited to attend the DelPHE Round 3 Information Session

       In the afternoon of Thursday, November 29, 2007, Prof. Qiao Zhang was invited to attend the DelPHE Round 3 Information Session in Cultural and Education Section British Embassy, Landmark office,Beijing.
      Dr William Mitchell(British Council Director Higher Education Relations),Ian Robinson(Assistant Director Governance & Development,DEFID)and about 30 audiences from Higher Education Institutes in China,such as Chinese Academy of Science,Center of Education Development were presented in this workshop.After the introduction of DelPHE Project by Dr William Mitchell and Ian Robinson, Prof. Qiao Zhang who was one of the successful partnerships from the DelPHE application round two,was asked to give a presentation and shared his experience in how to make a successful application with the potential DelPHE applicants.
