Prof. Zhao visited and be trained in Canada

       Prof. Yuanfeng Zhao (Partner 6) visited and be trained in the University of Manitoba of Canada from May 17 to June 2, 2008.

       During the visiting in Canada, Prof. Zhao visited the University of Manitoba, Manitoba Agricultural Services Corporation, a hog farm and the Canadian Wheat Board. Prof. Zhao had  trained two times in Canada, one is subject on “The History of Agricultural Insurance in Canada” by Prof. Milton Boyd in the University of Manitoba, and another is “An Review of Agricultural Insurance in Manitoba” by Dr. Doug Wilcox, the manager of Manitoba Agricultural services Corporation. Upon completion of this training and studying, Prof. Zhao have a good, in-depth understanding of Agricultural insurance as risk management tools, and have learn many advanced experience that can be used for China.
