Chinese Partners of DelPHE Project Visted the Netherlands

Three research staffs of DelPHE project (Prof. Qiao Zhang, Associate Prof. Chuan Wang and Assistant Prof. Lei Xu) visited University of Wageningen for discussing and communicating on the issues of agricultural risk analysis and crop insurance from Dec.10 to Dec.19, 2008.

During the visiting in the Netherlands, the delegation communicated and discussed deeply with the experts of University of Wageningen, DLO Agricultural Economics Research Institute (LEI) and Holland Food Processing Systems on the issues of the analysis of agricultural market information, crop risk management and food security. Beside that, the delegation also visited the VBA, farmer farm of Overijssel, and Royal Ahold super market.
