       Qiao Zhang is a Professor and Director at Agricultural Information Institute(AII ) of Chinese Academy of Agricultural Science (CAAS ) in Beijing, China. He holds a Doctorate Degree from the Graduate School of CAAS (China). Some of his research include food security and safety, international marketing research, risk analysis and evaluation, risk management of agriculture, rural finance. He has completed or/and participated in 40 kinds of scientific research tasks, which consigned by Chinese government and international funds. He has published more than 60 dissertations, 8 monographs and has gained 4 Scientific and Technologic Progress Rewards by Chinese government. In recent years, he have done international academic collaborative research with well-known universities and research institutes of Canada, the United States, Britain, Japan, South Korea et al, and have established a stable extensive cooperative relation, and has done many innovative researches with global perspective.
